Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – DAAA Group

We are seeking a motivated, and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Position Overview:

As the CFO, you will play a critical role in managing the financial health and strategic direction of our company. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including tax management, projects financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Your expertise in tax management and financial planning will be instrumental in ensuring our financial stability and supporting the successful execution of our projects. Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Strategy and Planning:
    1. Develop and execute financial strategies to support the group companies’ overall business objectives.
    2. Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
    3. Identify and analyze potential risks and opportunities to drive financial growth and mitigate financial threats.
    4. Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
  2. Tax Management and Compliance:
    1. Ensure compliance with the relevant and applicable local and international tax laws and regulations.
    2. Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize our tax position and minimize liabilities.
    3. Oversee tax planning, filing, and reporting activities, collaborating with external tax advisors as necessary.
    4. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate their impact on the company.
  3. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
    1. Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    2. Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive business decision-making.
    3. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to measure and monitor the group companies’ financial performance.
  4. Risk Management:
    1. Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
    2. Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
    3. Monitor and evaluate insurance coverage to minimize financial risks.
  5. Team Leadership and Development:
    1. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
    2. Provide guidance and support on financial matters to other departments and executives.
    3. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in finance and share knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  2. Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial management role within the design and architectural industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of tax management principles and experience in tax planning and compliance.
  4. Demonstrated experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  5. Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  7. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  8. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
  9. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
