3D Visualiser

Job Description:
- Create detailed and accurate 3D models and renderings based on project specifications, sketches, and blueprints.
- Collaborate with design teams and clients to understand project requirements and develop visual concepts and presentations.
- Apply textures, materials, and lighting to models to achieve realistic and visually appealing results.
- Enhance renderings using post-production software to improve visual quality and meet client expectations.
- Ensure all visualizations meet high standards of quality and accuracy before delivery.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
- Incorporate feedback from clients and team members, making necessary revisions to meet project goals.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve skills and deliver cutting-edge visualizations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Computer Graphics, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a 3D Visualiser or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray/Corona. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is also preferred.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of 3D visualization work, including architectural renderings, product designs, or other relevant projects.
