This year, DAAA Haus is partnering with The Children in Need Foundation to support a new project that speaks to the core of who we are: The Kids Haven at Dar Nikki Cassar which is managed by YMCA Malta. The Kids Haven will offer a place where homeless and roofless children will find not just shelter, but a space designed to restore dignity, safety, and hope.
At Kids Haven, children who have known instability will finally have a place they can call home. A place where they can stay peacefully. Where they can learn, play, grow, and experience the sense of normality that every child deserves.
A place where healing begins, and childhood is returned to those who need it most.
It is also a lifeline for parents; offering support, structure, and the chance to rebuild their lives without fear of what tomorrow may bring. Because when a child is given stability, a family is given strength.
At DAAA Haus, we have always believed that good design has the power to change lives. Through DAAA Cares, we are committed to using our creativity, our resources, and our collective heart to uplift communities where vulnerability continues to grow. We believe that design, empathy, and community must work hand in hand and this project allows us to turn that belief into action.
So, this Christmas, instead of exchanging hampers or presents, we are choosing purpose over packaging.
We are redirecting our energy and our festive spirit toward something that truly matters.
And we warmly invite you, our extended family of collaborators, partners, and friends, to stand with us in this commitment.
Every contribution, no matter the size, becomes part of a shared movement of kindness.
Every gesture becomes a brick in the foundation of a safer future for these children.
