Vullo Estates - can be found on the hillside land within Giarrizzo, an area in Favara. The property has been owned by the Vullo family, now in the 4th generation since 1870. Antonio Vaccaro purchased this land because his close friend Leonaro Sciascia had purchased a piece of land close by to Giarrizzo. Sciacca is not only a famous Italian writer but in 1959 he was awarded with a Nobel Prize for literature. However the descendants of Antonio Vaccaro, mother of the “Fratelli Vullo”, now in the 4th generation, developed the land in the 80s and over the years developed an equestrian centre and family destination, trained horses and all facilities required for professional training.
