We have restructured the layout of the property opening spaces using a lot of heavy H Beams and then planed the interiors & branding of a restaurant previously known for its fresh fish and fresh pasta. The new owner who wanted to keep with the tradition wanted a modern restaurant to help him differentiate the place from many other traditional Italian trattorias. From the freehand drawing of the logo (D with lower caps i – shape of a fish head) through to the interiors (coral patterns light bulkhead) we have tried to promote the fish concept in the most subtle manner.
